Thelegal battle over .africa continues, as DotConnectAfrica files another motion for a temporary retraining order to stop ICANN from delegating the string until the case is heard in court. The court agreed to consider new arguments as ground for the motion, with a hearing being set for 31 January. A similar application was denied by a Los Angeles judge in December 2016.
