Hybrid work is here to stay. Research from Enterprise Management Associates (EMA) states that 85% of organizations have experienced apermanentincrease in the number of employees working from home at least part-time.
Organizations see the positive impacts this added flexibility has on productivity, wellbeing, and retention. What may not be as clear is how to manage the different demands placed on the network as more organizations shift from exclusive office or home-based settings to a hybrid model.
The race is on to adapt existing networks to support this transition because an intelligent, resilient network is no longer a nice to have, but a must-have.
