Greece to tax Internet use as part of fiscal reforms

The Greek government has passed a package of tax reforms, including a tax on Internet use. The tax measures have met with the resistance of thousands of demonstrators, who protested the reforms outside parliament. With the additional taxation, the Greek government hopes to attain savings to meet the agreed 3,5 percent budget surplus target in 2018.
