The Hong Kong Airport Authority signed an agreement with real time event driven data streaming company Solace to develop an Internet of things (IoT) network for the Hong Kong International Airport. The agreement aims to enable real time data flow between the airport's connected devices and vehicles that will support initiatives such as real time equipment location tracking and predictive maintenance on structures and buildings of the airport.
