ICANN seeks public input on draft PTI bylaws

ICANN has launched a new public consultation as part of the IANA stewardship transition process.Public input is now sought on the draft bylaws for the Post Transition IANA (PTI), the entity that is to take over the performance of the IANA functions (as recommended in the IANA stewardship transition proposal). The proposed bylaws contain provisions on issues such as: the composition of the PTI Board, conduct of Board meetings, the powers of the Board and PTI officers, as well as budgeting, planning, and record keeping requirements.
