Meanwhile, "fgOTN-in SDH-out" addresses the limitations of SDH networks in the intelligent era, with the new-generation standard fgOTN set to replace existing SDH networks and lay the foundation for intelligent industry transformation. The third trend, "Optical-sensing-in hard-work-out," leverages optical fiber sensing and AI analysis to revolutionize perimeter security and pipeline inspection, enabling industry personnel to move from outdoor on-site work to indoor offices, improving efficiency and working conditions.
