In business, government, philanthropy and the arts, and all over the globe, we need leaders who are transforming the world and inspiring others to do the same. The Forum of Young Global Leaders (YGLs) aims to do just that. It brings together a diverse, dynamic, and globally representative group of leaders with the mission to create a community with the vision, courage, and influence to drive positive change in the world.

With more than 1300 members and alumni representing over 100 nationalities, the YGL community includes leaders from Fortune 500 executives, heads of government, Nobel Prize and Academy Award recipients, UN Goodwill Ambassadors, and social entrepreneurs. Each year, thousands of candidates are proposed through a public nomination process, but only the best 100-150 new members are selected. Their common denominator
