Another option for using your Amazon Prime Whole Foods discount is to shop in person with the Whole Foods Market app.

Once you've downloaded the app, sign in with your Amazon account log-in information and choose your nearest retail location.

The app helps locate the nearest Whole Foods, shows you special Prime Member deals, and highlights items available at an additional 10 percent discount.

When you've finished shopping and are ready to check out at the registers inside Whole Foods, the Whole Foods Market app generates a QR code to apply your Amazon Prime discount.

How to Get Amazon Prime Discounts at Whole Foods Without the App

If you don't have access to the Whole Foods Market app or prefer not to install it, you can use your phone number.

First, sign in to Amazon using the account with your Prime membership. SelectAccount > Login & Securityand add or edit the associated phone number.

You can also verify your number or turn on this setting in the Whole Foods app fromAccount > Use my mobile number> turn/toggle onUse my mobile phone number at checkout.

With the phone number added to your Amazon Prime account, you can enter your number while checking out at Whole Foods. This will apply your Amazon Prime discounts.

Even without the app, you can identify Prime member discounts by yellow "10 percent off sale" and blue "Prime Member Deal" labels.
