Vodafone Cameroon suspends Internet services

On 14 September, Vodafone Cameroon, a 4G LTE Internet service provider, suspended Internet services indefinitely following a directive from the Telecom Regulatory Board (TRB) of Cameroon. Sources say the reason for the suspension was a violation of the license terms by the operator. This action is believed to have been triggered by investigations after other mobile network operators complained to the TRB that Vodafone Cameroon's provision of mobile network services went against its broadband license requirements.
