In Venezuela, the censorship is part systematic blocking during a state of emergency and political crisis, and has been commented in a UN HRC report. Censorship in Egypt is aimed particularly at news sites. Reports from Egypt indicate censorship on freedom of speech, and Vietnam is targeting 'toxic' information.
