The UAE's largest airline, Emirates, and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in hopes of positioning Dubai as one of the first cities in the world to implement digital health passports. Under the MoU, Emirates and the DHA will collaborate to link the IT systems of the DHA-approved laboratories with Emirates' reservation and check-in systems to facilitate the efficient sharing, storing, and verification of passengers' health data related to COVID-19 infection, testing, and vaccination.
