EU's Net Neutrality rules in effect

The EU's rules on open internet (term used by the EU for net neutrality) applies as of April 30, following the adoption ofRegulation (EU) 2015/2120 on 25 November 2015. Under these rules, all traffic has to be treated equally. Blocking, throttling and discrimination of Internet traffic by ISPs is generally not allowed in the EU.
