Adult residents in Northern California, USA can now get answers to questions about their health and travel, that could result in a free coronavirus test, on a newly-launched website developed by Google's sister company Verily. The company said that people's responses would be stored in an encrypted Google database. The data would be shared with healthcare authorities, but never be accompanied with their data stored in Google products without a user's explicit permission. The website was criticised for making a Google account mandatory for using the service.
