NetBlock, a London-based organisation that monitors internet access worldwide, reported a 'near-total' blackout in Sudan.
Real-time network data shows a 'near-total' blackout as national connectivity is currently at 2% of ordinary levels. The conflict between the army and the paramilitary groups began on 15 April and is entering the second week. It has already claimed significant victims, and the critical infrastructure is heavily damaged, leaving people with electricity and food shortages.
