TikTok faces fresh legal action in the UK for violating children's privacy law. A twelve year old who has been granted anonymity, plans to file a lawsuit against TikTok's handling of children's data. The girl is supported by the UK's children's commissioner, Anne Longfield, who believes the app violates U.K. and EU laws.
