Canada and China has started a series of negotiations on a possible bilateral agreement on cybersecurity, The Globe And Mail reports. According to the Canadian officials, an agreement similar to the one between China and the US is possible, especially looking at preventing the economic cyber-espionage in order to protect the intellectual property of the Canadian industry. At the same time, the officials of the Business Council of Canada outline data theft as a primary risk to their work, and the attacks sponsored by the other governments are an increasing fear.
